"The room was very dirty, and I had to request a different room. I had a reservation for Saturday with checkout on Sunday, but when I checked in and gave them my credit card, I was mistakenly charged for another guest’s room for an entire week. Although I eventually received a full refund, the experience was extremely disappointing. Because of everything that happened, I would never stay there again."
