Incrível experiência, check in super prático e rápido, um super atencioso welcome no nosso quarto. Estacionamento bem amplo em frente, super seguro. Café da manhã perfeito, completo, saboroso. Péssima experiência

Ficamos hospedados por 2 noites, um casal. Nossa primeira impressão foi boa. A pousada parece um castelo e tem um ambiente bonito na entrada. A cama é confortável, possui uma TV grande e a banheira é independente. Mas então começaram as decepções. Havia barulho externo parecido com um gerador, mesmo à noite. A água do chuveiro e da banheira eram apenas mornas, não quentes e os sais de banho oferecidos na banheira estavam com validade vencida. Um ponto importante para nós é o café da manhã, que não era do tipo buffet, como nas fotos. Quando abrimos um suco oferecido como cortesia na check-in percebemos que estava mofado. Na saída do hotel levamos a garrafa e notificamos à recepção, mas nenhuma ação foi tomada. Ainda bem que ficamos apenas 2 noites. Não voltaríamos e não recomendamos, pois pelo preço pago esperávamos um cuidado maior. Mudamos para o Hotel Spa do Vinho, com preço semelhante, e a experiência foi espetacular, sem comparação.

Dias incriveis no Castello

A nossa estadia foi incrivel, a receptividade da pousada é fantastica, ao chegar somos recebidos com uma bandeja de delicias, o quarto e o banheiro são amplos e muito confortáveis. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Todo o atendimentos do hotel é espetacular, do segurança ao pessoal da recepção, pessoal da limpeza e do restaurante, todos muito gentis.

Experiência única. o atendimento de chegada já é muito acolhedor, o quarto é muito aconchegante e limpo e o café da manha é maravilhoso. E a noite vc não precisa se deslocar para jantar, o restaurante é excelente, vale a pena.

Ótimo atendimento... capricho no café da manhã....quartos super limpos e bem cuidados... a única observação é sobre o isolamento acústico... tem janelas com vidro duplo mas ainda não é suficiente para dar conta do transito da BR que passa em frente a pousada. Como estávamos nos apartamentos abaixo do telhado, acredito que o barulho venha por cima... Mas recomendo a pousada e com certeza vou retornar.
