"The room was different from the picture theres no sofa as i expected theres no extra futon , no extra outlet to charge our phone , the room was so hot the air-conditioning is not cooling, the bed is dirty, the room is dirty even the washroom there is a tampoon maybe from the last guest stayed they didnt clean the room , they we were so stressed from 4hrs travel then we were not expected the room was this terrible we are tired we dont have choice , im tired to argue the staff we still sleep in...
