"We had an amazing experience at this hotel . The view from American falls (4th floor) was great . Everything was great but we do noticed that anyone can go up in the elevators to the rooms floor. They need to have the same system Sheraton in Toronto has ! We can only go up to the rooms if you have the guest card ! That’s a safety measure for all of the guests . Lots of people inside of the lobby and walking around the property so anyone can go up . For this reason we did not feel safe . "

"Overall, everything was fine, but I was quite surprised that the room did not include slippers and a dental kit. Having previously worked in the hotel industry, I know how important it is to provide guests with these basic amenities as part of their comfort. I understand that hotel policies may vary, but it would be great if these essentials could be included for added convenience."

"Quit and clean place"

"I travel a fair bit and am not usually that picky, but this was by far the worst stay I've had. EVER. First, their system was down so they refused to check me in unless I paid cash, even though I'd already prepaid through Expedia and showed them my receipt and confirmation. They told me to cancel the reservation (which I had to contact Expedia support to do since it was past the cancellation period - and put in the request - which I did and was advised it would take up to 72 hours to process the cancellation) so I paid cash again assuming I would be reimbursed once the hotel would get access to the system again. We got to our room and the floors were dirty. The bathroom door did not have a latch nor would it close. The walls were unfinished and the baseboards were disgusting in the washroom. We also did not have any towels, face clothes, soap or anything. The office had closed by the time we'd checked in and noticed these things so there was nothing we could do until the next day. I went into the office to request towels and they gave me 2 little hand towels to use as bath towels and told me that larger towels would not be available until the next day (after I would have checked out). Once I left I received confirmation that the request to refund the money via Expedia had been denied by the hotel. I called 5-6 times requesting a refund and to speak to the manager but was never given a call back or received my refund. I paid double for the worst stay I've ever experienced."
