Although the check out time was 12 and we put "Do not disturb"sign on the door, cleaners started cleaning our room while we went for a walk and removed our bag from the room. My husband was going to eat breakfast in the room after the walk but he was shocked as his bag was missing although he put the room service order through night before. There is no communication between the desk & cleaners and cleaners ignore the Do not disturb sign.
