The reception staff n porter personnels are all very friendly n helpful in resolving customers problems whether is small or big. Hotel location is very convenient to attractions, eateries, Chinatown, bus interchange n the free CAT bus services that serve the Georgetown city.

There was absolutely no hot water available in our room on both the 2 nights we stayed in this hotel. Staff was not able to rectify the issue promptly. No feasible solutions nor alternatives were made by the staff. Had to endure 2 nights of not able to take a hot shower and clean up in the night. ...

Citadines Connect Georgetown Penang
