"The floors and bathroom were not cleaned. Microwave and fridge cost extra. No iron, no coffee or coffeemaker available. Sound on TV kept going out. Only 3 of the 5 lights worked. Check in/out is through a computer so there is no one readily available if you need in person help. Housekeeping is also extra. Stayed for 2 nights and wasn't even offered towels."

Toilet had an issue with flushing. Breakfast was chaotic, due to a church group bombarding the area every morning, taking up every table, every seat, eating, then sitting to gossip, which forced every other guest to take their food to their rooms."

"Staff are great, area seemed safe but a lot of questionable people staying there. A lot of homeless that do not have a residence. A lot of partiers although after 10 pm they were quiet so sleeping was good. Rooms very worn out, could also use remodel and deep cleaning. "
