“많은 5성급 호텔중에서도 자허는 달랐다. 서비스의 세심함이 굉장히 편안한 느낌을 주었다. 직원들의 친절이 과하지도 덜하지도않고 딱 필요할때 적절히 해준다는게 좋았다. 방은 조금 좁지만 뷰가 너무도 훌륭했고, 화장실도 넓고 편리. 조식은 가짓수가 많지않아도 하나하나 퀄리티가 좋았고 디저트로 자허 토르테가 있다. 다음엔 이틀정도 느긋하게 묵고싶다. 아름다운 호텔.”

“My first visit to Kitzbuel was fantastic, one of reasons were hotel services we got. The status of room were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were great. The furniture was bread new, I felt. I and my husband were little anxious before we entered the hotel. Since we were asian, we worried about unkind services and feeling of segregation.
