"Die Unterkunft ist in Ordnung und sauber. Zu bemängeln war das kein Bodylotion vorhanden war. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist sehr eng. Die Kosten für die Unterbringung finde ich zu hoch. Service war sehr gut; Frühstück ist ausreichend. Zu bemängeln war, daß jede Dienstleistung sofort bezahlt werden mußte. Es konnte nicht auf die Zimmernummer geschrieben werden, so daß beim outcheck zusammen gezahlt werden konnte. Sehr umständlich. "
"A unique property with its own fascinating, and sometimes dark, history. The design of the building is strikingly elegant. For the first time, I enjoyed a hotel room with a ten-foot ceiling, casement windows and four-ply toilet paper (good for wiping or a rough draft of your memoirs. The staff was friendly and attentive. Parken im Bereich des Hotels auch ohne Probleme. Zu Fuß ca. 10 min. in die schöne Leipziger Innenstadt. Würden beim nächsten Aufenhalt in Leipzig sofort wieder dort buchen!"

High up with great views, just minutes from the train station and even though there's lots going on around you, it was quiet and felt very safe in the building. "Awesome spot here, large rooms which were very clean and modern with full kitchenette, amazing room for the price point.
Would be nice to have a fan in the room on the warmer nights (there is a large door to the outside which can be left open securely, but there is a bit of noise outside when the window is open).
Would have been good to have a few extra coffee pods and dishwasher tablets as we were staying for 4 days but only had enough for 1 day (they were available at reception on request).
These are only minor improvement opportunities, I still give this place 5 stars!"
"We just had a one-night-stay with two kids, so we didn’t get to spend much time at the hotel.
However from what we did see, the hotel seemed like a place we definitely would come back to for a more thorough “inspection” of all the hotel has to offer.
Rating the service-level might be unfair, but we had no contact with any staff, since everything was digitalized - which worked smoothly.
Our kids have ordered a city-vacation next time, and we will very likely make the trip to Leipzig and stay at Penta Hotel for that."
