“nice place. friendly staff. would stay again”

“This is a gem of a place if you are going to an event at IFEMA. It’s about 1.3mile walk or you can take a bus. Close to metro stops and lots of good small businesses. EXCELLENT bakery/cafe nearby called Santagloria Bakery which had outstanding coffee, pastries and other food items. Will stay here again! The staff were WONDERFUL. Very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Flo who went out of her way to help not only us but everyone! 😊Thank you! Muchos gracias!”

“Liked the location close to metro.. room was comfortable if small. Didn't like the lack of reception staff on site and found the lockers for storing luggage frustrating.”

They told me that because it was Saturday, I needed to wait until Monday for service on the unit. Then I used their 24/7 chat box to ask for...
