Checking in was difficult, the people at the front couldn't find my reservation and were skeptical that I actually booked rooms. It is located within a park, which you have to get a ticket for, and each time you want to access your hotel, you will need to provide the ticket along with your passport. The worker will also give you an inferior room to the one you paid for. I was fortunate enough to have printed out my reciepts. You will be given 1 towel, which is a floor mat, and the rest of the hotel smells of cigarette smoke. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. "

"Amazing doesn’t even get you half way! This is an incredible hidden gem in Guilin. Nestled in the middle of the botanical gardens, this hotel is perfect! 10 stars! The staff is warm and welcoming and incredibly friendly and helpful, even for the non-Chinese speaking guests. The staff went above and beyond at every turn. This is a must stay if you get the chance. The rooms are huge the bed and pillows incredibly comfortable. I haven’t slept this well in years. The included breakfast was delicious, they have a pool and a pool table, table tennis and a billiards table as well. Laundry machines which are free for guests. They have it all."
