“I was double charged. Fortunately, they swiftly reimbursed the fare, but the €6.6 tax was not refunded. They said it’s not their responsibility, but I don’t understand why it’s impossible to cancel the payment itself at the hotel front. The hotel was just so-so. The room was big with 3 single beds and one double, and air-conditioning was good. However, hot water was unstable, and the drainage of the washstand was poor. The pool was to small(about 10 sq m2) and closed. ”

“Je souhaite vous faire part de mon mécontentement concernant mon séjour. La chambre qui m’a été attribuée était particulièrement petite et ne correspondait pas à mes attentes. De plus, elle ne disposait d’aucune vue, contrairement à ce qui pouvait être attendu lors de la réservation. Par ailleurs, j’ai été déçue par le comportement du personnel, que j’ai trouvé peu professionnel et peu accueillant.”
