"The beginning of our stay started out great until we ran into some plumbing issues with our room. We were moved to another room but it felt like a down grade not upgrade so we were then moved again. Hindsight I wish we could've been just upgraded instead of being moved twice. All of the staff remembered our names and helped us throughout our trip. Highly recommend doing the sunset cruise on their private catamaran. My husband and I felt like royalty.
