"Kallen at front desk was very helpful. We traveled with pets and all the staff enjoyed giving them pets. We were there a whole week and they could have been better at servicing room, clean towels etc."

"The room I reserved and paid for wasn’t available (and the hotel was definitely NOT busy). The room was filthy and in desperate need of repair. Woke up to ants crawling on the entertainment center. Take a look at the photos - not at all what was represented by Hotels.com."
