"Very clean property. Excellent staff. Good parking. Plenty of stores nearby if you need something. City has many quaint qualities whether it be shopping or restaurants. Otsego/Hidden Valley is a must see/do. Tip-make sure you are on the top/3rd floor so you don’t experience the only downside hearing the people above you."

"The spa has not been updated in more than 30 years.was the last time we visited there. Looks like mold on the ceilings and pool areas need major updates. Rooms were pretty clean"

We especially appreciated an early check in so that we could park and get out on the slopes! We hope to bring the grandkids next time!!!"
