The fix-priced menu for dinner was excellent and inexpensive and breakfast was brilliant with scrambled eggs made to order and a wide selection of savoury and sweet items. "Great bathroom, very clean room. Could use some painting and maintenance on the walls of the room. Amazing breakfast. The only downside to me was the lack of customer service. Not allowing to check in 90 minutes earlier when there were plenty of rooms available and not being receptive to customers that pay your bills and put food on your table to me is not a good way to do business. But as a hotel definitely a great place to stay."

"Beautiful location and although all 32 rooms were full it didn’t appear busy as bar, pool and restaurant areas were spacious. Ferry trip to Limone was relaxing and worth it for the picturesque harbour. Lots of steps up to the hotel from the lake which were tough in the heat. We used buses but would be worth hiring a car if we visit again."
