“The room was very nice and clean. We had a very large balcony with a partial view of the lake. The hotel came with free breakfast and they had a very large selection of food to choose from. The restaurants nearby were also all very good. They had a pool that we had access to but you had to walk about 5 minutes. The staff were all amazing and they always were happy to help with any questions you had. You would not be disappointed with Hotel du Lac.”

“Giovanni ist der gute Geist des Hotels, und er war immer sehr freundlich zu uns. Unser Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Fahrräder zum Leihen waren leider unnutzbar, wenn man mehr als 2 km fahren möchte und man sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen für die Geräusche der Straße. Sonst TOP”

“Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick (ca. 25 m²) gebucht, erhielten jedoch stattdessen ein deutlich kleineres Zimmer (ca. 12 m²) mit Terrasse am Parkplatz und ohne Seeblick. Das Zimmer wirkte unfertig und wie ein Einzelzimmer. Da bei unserer Ankunft nur der Barkeeper anwesend war, sollten wir einen Zimmerwechsel am nächsten Tag ansprechen. An der Rezeption hieß es mehrere Tage lang, das Hotel sei ausgebucht und wir sollten täglich erneut nachfragen. Parallel kontaktierte auch Expedia...

“호수가 보이는 방으로 예약했어요. 이탈리아 연휴여서 방 예약하기가 힘들었는데도 불구하고 예약 되어서 너무 다행이었어요. 뷰도 너무 좋고 주변도 조용하고 옆에 바로 피자가게도 있어요. 그럼에도 최고 훌륭한 것은 호텔 내 식당이었어요. 저렴하면서도 맛있는 요리가 나왔어요. 나중에 방문하게 된다면 계속 호텔내에만 머물것 같네요. 친절한 직원분들께도 감사의 인사를 전해드립니다.”
