Then the shock that very loud music being broadcasted on all floors which wasn't switched off until we called the receptionist to do so. Just be prepared to use google translate a lot as they do not speak much English, which was fine as I know we are in Italy, but I think we were hoping a hotel would have someone who would be able to communicate in other languages.
