"The cleanliness of all areas is second to none smells of lotus flowers and incense professional hard working friendly staff will bend over backwardsto ensure you have the best stay possible I have never encountered hospitality like this anywhere the property is decorated to the standard of a museum it is a work of art and the oldest property here everything from staff to property is exceptional if I comeback to Egypt I will only stay here it's lovely and has made my stay the absolute best it could have been every hope has been far exceeded you are treated as a member of their family incredible people I will never forget."
