This meant the room was much smaller and it made for an uncomfortable night as our beds were too close together ..."

"Arrive to find out we got a room with no bathroom had shared facilities. Did not see the room had no bathroom. Phoned staff at about 8pm and was told they gone home so no help. On website it said 6am to 10pm. Went into the share bathroom and took one look and turned around. Will not stay there again ..."
