"I've stayed here a few times and usually everything is spot on. But this time it was let down by a room that could have been a bit cleaner. "The Staff were very friendly and helpful but we booked and paid for a Classic Triple Room, Multiple Beds, Ensuite and instead we were placed in a Twin room with a Queen and Single bed. This meant the room was much smaller and it made for an uncomfortable night as our beds were too close together ..."
