"Location on the Lake side is excellent and only a few minutes from the boat station. The restaurant terrace right by the Lake is great. All the staff were really helpful. Air conditioning has been installed, but hadn't been commissioned at the time of our stay any will be beneficial in any hot weather. Our stay was half-board and although the standard was good, there was some repetition or variants of the same theme, during our week long stay. This was our second visit and would not hesitate to return."

"Great hotel in fabulous location with fantastic lake and mountains views. Staff were excellent and amenities were good. Shame for us was that there was major expansion construction work going in directly in front of the hotel and although 'paused' for summer we were not told about any of this until a few days before we arrived. Despite the 'pausing' there was still noise and dust being created directly in front of our room (and almost all other rooms) every day by workers apparently dealing with water leaks in the new construction basement. Dust was an issue as the whole building site was a big dust bowl and dust got everywhere, especially in balcony chair cushions which when shaken released huge clouds of dust and became unusable. This was tolerated for our short stay (we had few alternative options) but we reported this on departure to reception staff who apologised but made no gesture in recognition of the problem. We were disappointed about this as it could have been dealt with more honestly upfront after booking months ago and before we set off to visit and some acknowledgement of the issue reflected in the bill."

"We rented an apartment. The apartment does not come with made up beds. The resort charges an extra CHF 10 per bed to make it. The towels are also not included and an additional CHF 10. When we arrived I was honestly very annoyed by all the additional fees. We also assumed that all the amenities are included, but they are not. Extra charges for horse back riding, go cart, high ropes.. the only thing that was included was the pool, but again the towels for the pool cost extra. They also expect you to take the trash out, strip the beds and clean the dishes before you leave. The restaurant Panorama is very overpriced and the food quality does not align with the price. I would recommend NOT eating at that restaurant. Now to the things we did enjoy. The kids loved Tom’s indoor play area. Super fun for my 1 and 5 year old. The pool area was amazing for the kids and we spent several whole days just in the pool area. The apartment was great with kids. We stopped at Aldi in town and got groceries. It was way easier with the kids to cook breakfast and the occasional lunch in the room. Keep in mind the kitchen in the apartment is very sparsely stocked. We had salt and pepper, some utensils, plates and cups. While there is a coffee maker, the nespresso pods are not included. I would stay here again, but definitely plan on eating dinner in Brunnen (Haddock was our favorite restaurant). And plan on bringing groceries."
