"I was upgraded to a queen room with sitting area that was extremely spacious and comfortable. Great bed with eiderdown comforter. Bathroom was clean but there is a big step into and out of the tub/shower. Breakfast was included and there was a nice self-service buffet with good variety. Only thing missing is a gym. Location is also terrific; just a few minutes walk from old Zurich, the Kunstmuseum and Opera House. 15-20 minute walk to Bahnhoffstrasse."
