Booked through expedia for $88, was told there was a problem with my payment, and told to call and book through them, that it'd also be cheaper. Was charged $280, and am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Room service also woke me up an hour before checkout. Put a damper on an otherwise great trip to Arkansas!

Biggest negative was value for dollar spent! We didn't even stay there for the eclipse so don't think we should have been charged 3 times regular rate! Property was scarcely populated, may have been fuller if they hadn't jacked up the price so high.

Property was clean but seriously outdated,couldnt turn down volume on TV,pool was closed before 8:00 pm. Not alot in area altho the country club is very very nice !

The property was very clean. The price was a good value, so we didn’t mind that it was an older property. The staff was friendly, and the area was safe. The only thing we would improve would be softer beds or better pillows, but it was still a great value.

We booked a 2 night stay. When we got there the AC wasn’t on, it was 11pm and 100 degrees outside. The beds were terrible, we decided in less than an hour that we couldn’t stay there for 2 nights. We checked out first thing the next morning. The person working told us to contact Hotels.COM for a refund of the following night. Hotels.COM told us it was up to the hotel. The hotel rejected our request for a refund. Everything in the hotel was outdated and just made us feel unclean. We also was checked in by a man in his PJ’s. Had my husband not been there I would have felt uncomfortable. We will never go back.

This is an older property and is being fixed along the way, but it was clean and that is the bottom line for me. Staff was amazingly friendly and full of information… again older facility but little steps in the works would stay again

Very quiet even if a little outdated. It has that old pool smell to me. Beds are rated a negative 10. Very hard and uncomfortable. Super clean, just super uncomfortable. We didnt stay the entire length of our booking due to this. By night 3, i was done for and so were my husband and son. On to the reason I was most dissatisfied...we checked out early therefore we should get a refund for any unused days. Expedia is a joke.... they said contact the property. Property says tuff, contact Expedia. Needless to say, we arent gwtting our refund on this mediocre, uncomfarotable, smelly place. Oh, wipe down down the backs of the doors and around the handles where people touch. There shouldnt be hand prints or brown areas where peoples hands go. Its unsanitary.

Not the greatest but will do if there's no other choices in the small area, The in room coffee situation is horrible, they don't give you a big enough pack of coffee to make the 4cup maker, not enough cream or sugar, not enough shampoo, No conditioner, Better take all of your own supplies cause there ain't enough for two people of anything. other wise, it was ok but more of a motel 6 for a choice motel price.

Had to find a place in Glenwood for a family gathering. I picked the Riverwood, while many of the family picked Ouachita Mountain Inn. I was very disappointed with our room and would suggest others stay at Ouachita Mountain Inn. Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling, paper-thin walls (worse I have ever experienced), and for some reason, they packed all the guests in rooms right next to each other so you were sure to hear the other guests. Ouachita Mountain Inn didn't look as "nice" as the Riverwood from the pictures, but trust me, it is a better motel (and cheaper too).

Would not recommend. The guy running the place is very snippy and rude. The room was not cleaned very well, the bathroom was dirty. The walls are very thin, we could hear everything going on in other rooms.

This was a convenient property with a lovely pool. The ac was cold all night. The staff was loud! at 10 am. Front desk called at 10:18am to ensure we would be out by 11. How rude!! We had a late night and needed our rest. We were out by 1050. Get a life!!
