For those who are looking for air con, instant internet etc it probably is not for you but for the rest of us who like quirky, individual and very English it a 10. 2 best points are the staff who are quiet frankly brilliant, helpful, kind , funny and friendly and efficient. โSuch a lovely hotel. The room (10) had a big wow factor. I forgot we were in a chain - the hotel and room have a proper boutique feel to them. I honestly canโt fault a thing about our stay and have already recommended to friends. โ
