Such a beautiful hotel and looks fabulous at Christmas. Rooms are very tastefully decorated, with all mod cons. Both Nelsons Bar and Palm Court are lovely to eat it, with the food being exceptional. Staff are always really pleasant and helpful, this is our fifth stay. Can’t wait to go back again ...
