"We were in a cabin for 5 in a lovely position, very secluded with excellent views. Parking was convenient next to the cabin. Interior was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The site was a bit run down but it was early season and the bar area and outside seating looked like if could be tidied up and be comfortable. "Hotel was very nice and staff were friendly. Beds were quite comfortable and the design of the hotel was nice. The blackout blinds were helpful! Easy enough to get a bus into San Sebastián. Breakfast was tasty. Cleaners in our room did a great job. A few things would have made it better/really good- we had a young baby and they could have offered to help us with washing bottles etc. They cleared breakfast away either before, or exactly at the time they said it would finish (normally you get a bit of leeway in other hotels if you turn up 5-10 mins before the end!). The sink in our room was also not securely attached to the wall and they provided tea bags but no kettle. In summary- generally good but I would have hoped for a little bit more given the cost of the room. "
