There's a co-working space, kids drawing/toys area, a "welcome" drink station, ice cream, amenities station(e.g. toothbrush/wipes/etc), breakfast, tourist info for the area, slippers for the room and hotel, and even umbrellas for rent. "

"Fantastic access for Billie EIlish's HMHAS tour at Saitama Super Arena. With a 7-Eleven & Lawson right across the public square, ticket collection was super easy and the train station is literally next door. The room was perfect for a short concert stay, and the breakfast buffet was great."

Candeo Omiya was great in that it had three dedicated beds and a couch with enough space for us all to sit comfortably. We also made good use of the laundry on the 14th floor. "
