Room was clean and served its purpose. Room replenishments some days were forgotten about like toilet paper and milk. Resort had plenty to do for the kids and the different varieties of food was good. Overall our stay was great and will be staying at the resort next time we visit.

Place was tidy and staff helpful. Pool could do with better heating. Stayed at Helensvale big 4 and there pool was like 28 degrees. At paradise resort there were more people in the spa than the main pool.

Overall good stay with grandkids Clean rooms, helpful staff, good pool for kids. Plenty to do. Excellent spa pool and good restaurant. Daily paid parking is good value for money. The unisex showers poorly maintained, hot water does not flow properly - had to shower kids in cold water on a cold morning. The toilet was clean. The website which has daily information was not updated properly and only same staff were aware of the cancellations and changesm

We had a great stay. The property was a little worn in places but it was kept very clean. We found the food ordering a bit confusing at first but it was smooth sailing once we got the hang of it. Our son adored all of the play options and took full advantage of them all.
