The friendly, knowledgeable staff who were only too happy to help - and added an extra special touch for my daughter's 16th. The location is great - quiet but central. "2 adults + 2 kids (6 & 9) - August 2025. Really nice room (biggest room) with two sleeping areas, a living area, kitchenette and street view. It really made for a comfortable and pleasant vacation. Conveniently located to all the main restaurants, shopping and harbor. Bus stop 1 is only a minute away, where you catch day tours. Wonderful staff (thanks Sergey & Gina!) and a nice breakfast in the bar area. I highly recommend and will stay there again. "
