"Had a wonderful time! Cathedral Mountain Lodge was in a beautiful area between mountains with the Kicking Horse River in front. Stayed in a Premier King cabin which was very nicely decorated and comfortable. King size bed, fireplace with plenty of cut firewood, nicely appointed bathroom with deep soaker tub. Cabin porch had two Adirondack chairs for lounging. The Lodge has a nice fireplace with chairs to lounge, read, or visit. Also, the Lodge has a fireplace outside on the deck. Had two...

"We had a car accident on the way to the B and B and the hosts went totally out of their way to help us. We are so grateful."

"This was my second stay at Chancellor Peak. We stayed in chalet #14 which is private with an amazing view of the Peak and the surrounding nature. The chalet complex is located right at the Kootenay River. The area is very quiet and there are bears as well. A black bear came looking for food around the chalets a couple of nights. Overall a great place to stay and good value."

"A bit of a problem with check in. Charged pet rate , we didn’t have a pet. Got that sorted out and everything was fine."

"My son and I were in the room for the second day sick with food poisoning.. the staff here gave someone a keycard to our room and someone opened the door, seen us, apologized and then overheard the staff member say that there wasn’t anyone in that room. And the person insisted and said that they should be apologizing to us… ya that never came lol weird experience is all. Day staff and evening staff should definitely communicate and coordinate better. "

"Pet-friendly hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The highlight of this hotel for us was the park attached to the hotel where our dog could play freely. Good restaurants in the neighborhood and beautiful mountain views throughout. Good breakfast but a little cramped so pick the right time to eat. "
