โWe had a very large canvas tent with multiple rooms and a thatched roof. The bed was very comfortable and netted to keep out flying critters.The front balcony overlooked a savanna type landscape where animal viewing is certainly possible, though we only saw them on our game drive. Very tasty buffet options were provided at dinner and breakfast. โReception staff OK, need to improve client etiquette on the people there. Restaurant staff excellent: pleasant welcoming, orientation around menus and concern about how you find the place. (both main and pizzeria) the food too excellent. โ
โModern and clean rooms with good amenities. Unfortunately the service was a complete mess from check in/out to restaurant.
Long waiting times for any of the limited interaction with staff and a lot hustle and bustle around the rooms.
