"Stayed at the Olympic Hotel Amsterdam from July 8–13 and had a really pleasant experience overall. The hotel is well kept and clean throughout, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the tram, which gets you into the Centraal area easily. There's an Albert Heijn supermarket right near the tram stop for snacks and drinks, plus several restaurants along the strip nearby. Breakfast was a highlight great spread every morning and the staff were consistently helpful and polite. The gym was a pleasant surprise too, well-equipped and more than enough for a solid workout. Room views were beautiful at night and peaceful during the day. A couple of minor downsides: the elevator wait got frustrating during peak times, and the pillows weren't the best (though the bed itself was comfortable). Overall, a clean, well-located hotel with friendly staff — would recommend, especially if you don't mind a short walk to tram."
