โWir haben hier unserem Jahrestag gefeiert und wurden herzlich mit Sekt empfangen.Auรerdem hatten wir ein spezielles Zimmer bekommen und eine รberraschung erhalten.Unvergesslich und absolut empfehlenswert.Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank :)โ
"This is 6th visit here.
I like this hotel as it's very clean and comfortable.
But,this time I was disappointed.
The sink and bath were clogged, so, I left message, but, there was no response at all.
So, it was really inconvenient.
Also, when I checked out, the invoice was wrong, but, there was no apology and I needed to wait for around 30 minutes.
I hope it will be improved next time. "

But the receptionists duty on daytime, are not kind and pretty much arrogant.
Donโt know why, they never smiled, or talking the details very well.

"There was no minibar in the room, and slippers were not provided. I stayed for two nights, but the room was not cleaned without any explanation. Although I stayed in a suite, the room felt dusty and not well-maintained. The breakfast provided wasnโt bad."
