Her genuine hospitality and delightful demeanor made every interaction a pleasure, and the owners are truly fortunate to have her representing their establishment. The waitstaff throughout the restaurant was also remarkably friendly and attentive, further enhancing the overall experience. After spending five days exploring Switzerland, our time at Hotel Onya was unequivocally our favorite part. I am already planning my return, eager to experience the hotel and its surroundings in the winter, to enjoy the snow side rather than just the hiking. "Great place for us to stop for a night. Bus is steps away and delivered us to the train station. Very friendly staff who took the time to assist me with self checkin. I didn’t even have to ask for help! Would definitely recommend this property"
