The air conditioning was quite noisy, which made it uncomfortable at times. I also think the restaurant reservation system could be improved to be more efficient and user-friendly. The French restaurant, which required an additional fee, was disappointing—the steak was overcooked and dry. The service was also not great, as the staff handled the plates roughly. There were very limited activities available, with the pool being pretty much the only option.
