“The staff was very polite, helpful and efficient. The business center was great, no fuss no change - great for printing our boarding passes. The only thing I don't care for (and is common these days at hotels) is if you stay two nights you don't get housekeeping. So we made our own beds in the morning so that it would be comfortable when we returned in the afternoon. I asked for housekeeping, but it didn't happen. I got some extra coffee from the person with the housekeeping cart. Breakfast...

“This hotel is absolutely fantastic. We stayed here one night on the way down to Florida, and we are so happy we found it. It was so clean; the staff was super nice, the breakfast was fantastic (the coffee was amazing), and the parking was perfect. This hotel set a very high standard for future hotels. The amazing cinnamon buns were the cherry on the icing!”

“It was a great stay. Breakfast was very good. Eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal, waffles, fresh fruit, etc, rooms were modern and the suite was roomy. Pull out sofa was comfortable.”

“The room appeared clean. The shower had no caulk around the tub. There was no coffee pot in the room. The curtains were torn. A little TLC would have gone a long way. The decaf coffee was very tasty in the lobby. The front desk attendent was nice and helpful.”
