"Mr. Day, regarding our recent 5 night stay at your La Quinta location. Overall, we were satisfied, but I would like to point out two areas that need some attention. - Housekeeping Communication: Upon check-in, the front desk agent didn't know whether housekeeping was performed daily or upon request. Additionally, our room was not serviced for the final two days of our stay - Breakfast Environment: Breakfast was very good and there was something for everyone. However, the low ceiling in the dining area created an uncomfortably loud environment during breakfast, which was further amplified by the television. On a positive note, I would like to commend the two gentlemen managing the breakfast area. They maintained exceptional service by keeping the food well-stocked and the dining and surrounding areas impeccably clean! Kudos to them! I hope this feedback assists you in enhancing the guest experience."

"This is the only hotel we go back to multiple times every year. So good for young families and for teenagers. Arcade, board games, slide and pool, helpful staff. And the beds are comfortable! Cotton sheets and feather pillows. I love staying here"
