"The reception staff was great she was easy to talk to in English and definitely knowledgeable on the area and had some good suggestions. The lighting in the hallways going to the room was interesting gave off a scary movie vibe. The laundry though pricey was very nice. However they did miss making one of the beds when they cleaned the room."

"This hotel is a must if you are traveling with young children and a family. We traveled with our 17 month old son and we loved the use of the playroom and the use of the common kitchen eating area. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Ricardo was so friendly and helpful at check in, we really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Another wonderful thing of the hotel was the location. Walking distance to every thing and having the food court next door and breakfast ( for a small fee) at the hotel was much appreciated. We would hands down recommend this amazing hotel!"
