Convenient location and kind staff

The location is convenient to go to various spots in Osaka. Shinsaibashi is close to Kyocera Dome and in one of the shopping areas in Osaka. There are a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants. They provide organized check-in system and people working there are all nice and kind. I lost my glasses in my room but they found them and kept until I returned to pick up my checked luggage. I really appreciated it.

This hotel is conveniently located for exploring Osaka: it’s very close to the shopping in Shinsaibashi and the Osaka loop station, and about a 10 min walk to Dotonbori. The staff is very helpful too — they were quick to respond to my emails, and they kindly helped arrange for our luggage to be forwarded to our next destination. (FYI they only seem to offer a laundry service but we found a coin laundromat nearby).

Really good hotel

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They helped us forward our luggage, nothing was too much trouble for them. The beds were a bit hard but i found them comfortable. The room was clean with plenty of amenities. The hotel is located so close to the subway and also within walking distance to Dotonburi

Excellent value. The location was very convenient. Quick walk to the metro station and right next to the Shinsaibashi shopping street, and all the big designer brand stores and the department store Daimaru which has an excellent food floor. The reception was busy but the staff was very efficient and helpful.

Near the Shinsaibashi station, close to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and the staff were nice and accommodating. You’re required to leave your room key at the reception desk when you leave the hotel and that’s strange, but there’s someone at the desk 24/7 so there’s no problem getting back in your room.

Nice hotel

Although the room is small, it has all stuff and very quiet. It takes only 5min to walk from Hearton to Shinsaibashisuji. If you are looking for high CP ration hotel, I would definitely recommend Hearton!
