"We visited the resort to celebrate my mother’s milestone birthday. We had an amazing time thanks to the staff who went out of their way to arrange a whole birthday cake, candle and singing with our first evening meal which made her feel very special. The entire team deserves a special mention, in particular the housekeeping team who always left our room looking immaculate with a smile on their faces. For a resort that is classed as 5 star I think that it is really more a 4 star resort but it is due to the exceptional service of the staff that I’m giving a full 5 star rating. "

" We loved the location, room was modern and clean. Lacked not having a choice of black tea in room only given green tea. I did ask for black tea but green tea left again. Very disappointed . As black tea was used for breakfast. Fancy Japanese tea pot at table water was not hot enough to brew a cup of tea as hot water obviously heated the tea pot , and the water was not hot for tea cup then. Best to use a basic tea pot. Staff at reception could be more welcoming. "

"This hotel was lovely .The staff were friendly and attentive.The room and facilities were immaculately clean .The hot tub was wonderful and the food and cocktails were exceptional !. We had a wonderful stay and i would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be making a return visit.Thankyou Rodostama"
