Tivemos uma boa experiência no hotel, quartas limpos e organizados, equope sempre prestativa, único problema que tivemos foi um dia que precisamos sair um pouco mais cedo e eles nao foram flexíveis quanto ao café, que só começa a ser servido às 7:30 e conversamos com eles se podiam antecipar 20 minutos e eles informaram que nao podiam, pois era uma regra do hotel.

O quarto amplo e limpeza impecável. Localização perfeita, perto dos principais lugares de Gramado. Único ponto de observação é para o café da manhã que muitos dias era repetitivo, sem muitas variedades.

Excelente posição central. Único ponto realmente positivo, além do ótimo chuveiro. Café da manhã ruim, baixa qualidade. Quartos do térreo são afetados pelo barulho dos hóspedes na recepção. Fomos acordados todos os dias por volta de 6h. Não tem estacionamento.

Sobre o quarto: Cama confortável, mas fica debaixo da janela e entra claridade; A tranca da porta não funcionava; O banheiro é muito pequeno, para se enxugar do banho, melhor sair. Ar condicionado silencioso e funcionando bem! O café servido no café da manhã é de máquina solúvel, achei ruim, mas equilibra com os ovos mexidos bem fresquinhos! A localização é maravilhosa, dá pra fazer tudo a pé.

Banheiro com cortina que molha tudo o chão. Não tem estacionamento para todos os hospedes. Energia caiu no apartamento a noite. Esqueceram de repor as toalhas e águas. Vale pela localização perto do centro.
