Descaso com hóspede

Fiquei hospedada com minha filha desde segunda(14/07) até sábado (19). Desde o dia que cheguei necessitei solicitar alguns serviços basicos( tv sem funcionar,dispenses de sabonetes sem funcionar, ausência de amenities e , principalmente, duchas higiênica c temperatura muito alta, sem água fria) Solicitei conserto dessa ducha quatro dias seguidos, só fui atendida dia 17/07) porém, apesar do técnico ter vindo ao quarto, o problema persistiu . Em 18/07 um técnico retornou ao apartamento porém mais uma vez não conseguiu resolver o problema! Acredito que,um hotel categoria 5 estrelas, já que não consegue resolver o problema, deveria ter trocado nosso quarto ainda no primeiro dia! Enfim, minhas férias já encerraram e levei uma impressão muito ruim do Wish Serrano resort!

Essa foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no wish. Dessa vez reservamos um apartamento no anexo. No primeiro dia, teve muito barulho nos corredores e apartamentos superiores até depois do permitido. Uma sugestão é ter mais funcionários no controle do anexo, porque também há a livre entrada de qualquer pessoa no complexo, sem identificação e com isso, pouca segurança. O café é o ponto forte do hotel.

A experiência foi incrível, o café da manhã é excelente , a localização ótima, você consegue acessar muitos pontos andando. Só tive um problema com o valet que entregaram o meu carro para outra pessoa, como era o mesmo carro a pessoa saiu e utilizou o meu carro, quando entregaram o carro estava com vários objetos pessoais da outra empresa e meio tanque a menos, além de um pouco sujo... enfim tirando esse inconveniente tudo foi ótimo!
