"The check-in was a bit of a challenge because our keycards would not open the door. We drove back to check in desk and they programmed brand new keys and that did not work so we had to call security to let them open the entrance door to the condos. They could not figure out why the door could not be opened, but our condo door opened and we got in. They promised to fix it but never returned, so we went to bed with the entry door unlocked. We ended up having to call again the following day to ask them to fix it. Which they came and did. That second night , we did not get much sleep because a load noise sounded as if was coming from the a boiler room every 20 mins and lasted about 6 seconds would jar us out of our sleep. We didn’t bother to call because we honestly thing they would take care of it so we just waited to leave the following morning. The condo itself was clean and spacious and the appliances worked ok, and the staff was ok. Beautiful property and relaxing atmosphere. Still not sure if we’ll be returning. "

"Please upgrade room furniture. Bedding had stains. Breakfast situation was minimal & in front lobby. Why? Check-in was easy, pleasant. Guests might wanna wipe things down before using facilities. Overall: Not ideal, but Ok for the price."

"Room clean & comfortable. Staff friendly & helpful. There is a pool table, exercise room, games. Food for purchase in lobby is nice assortment. Breakfast options include fresh yogurt made on the spot, pancakes that churn out 2 at a time. Hot oatmeal in a pot - real rather than packets. The scrambled eggs product is nasty - however - there are real hard boiled eggs. Room temo was controllable and comfortable. "
