“outstanding property and staff ”

“Amazing place, serving is top notch- rooms were always clean, never had to wait it was always done in the morning. Restaurant downstairs was super cute, hand down best jerk chicken pasta. Good location as it was walking distance to a beach. I left my shoes at the hotel and they shipped it back to me at their cost, no questions asked. Very impressed with this place ”

“Breakfast was fresh , parking no problem. Biggest problem is to find chair on the beach or at the pool.”

“The hospitality of the entire staff really stands out. The kids also really enjoyed the quest to find staff members from all over the world. All the restaurants were excellent, rooms clean and the pool and beach were well maintained and lots of fun. ”

“Broken toilet half way through our stay. One outside staff member was very slow on taking orders and was rather unresponsive to trying and getting our order placed. Eventually we got our waters and Nacho's but the tortillas were all very soggy and said it was probably because the staff that delivers the orders took it to the wrong location. We did notify the senior hotel staff members but in the end, it didn't appear things changed with the waitress. She made excuses that it was due to the...

“Overall, a great place to stay for a few nights. Sadly, one end of the beach receives little afternoon sunshine due to the proximity of the higher buildings and another building is being built. The new build makes the property layout feel almost stuffy with one pool now surrounded by buildings. ”

“We very munch enjoyed our stay at Vida! It’s great to be away from the hustle of 7 Mile Beach. The restaurant on site was wonderful and the service was great. Vida offers complimentary workout classes during your stay so I enjoyed yoga on the roof. We biked to Cracked Conch with the bikes they offered as well. While the cabs add up going into 7 mile beach area I wouldn’t trade staying here for that. We hope to come back!”

“Everything was excellent with my stay with two exceptions. The main problem was being awakened at 3am by loud rooster crowing from the poolside through the closed windows. I kept hearing this occasionally until I needed to wake up at 6:30 for diving. The other thing that wasn't perfect was the A/C unit seemed oversized and generated a big breeze when on and overcooled. ”

“Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Grand Cayman! Clean room, all of the amenities you need in the room or within a 2 minute walk. Awesome pool. Incredible beach just minutes away by foot. The Grove is the best and we would definitely stay here again.”
