- lots of incentives to give hotel a good review on social media (eg. get a free mug or toothbrushes)
- about 500m or 10min walk away from the station
- breakfast not great with a small range for variety
- front reception very helpful
- smells of smoke (even though a non smoking area)

This was a very nice property but I had thought it was going to be 5-stars (western standards). The staff was mixed. Nice front desk but less nice recreation area and hot spring front desk. Overall the facility was a bit tired but the springs were nice and the buffet was quite large and varied. The rooms were clean modern and spacious.
