"Came to enjoy my daughter’s birthday to swim and enjoy the pool area . Check in is so late we couldn’t get a seat around the pool . All the umbrellas have to be reserved in advance . The pool looked filthy . Very cloudy . 4 feet deep pool and couldn’t see past your waist like to line to your feet . Highly highly disappointed for the 350 $ per night rate ."

"So I did not know that I wasn’t in the main building of this resort. There are multiple buildings that you stay at Expedia didn’t show that there were multiple buildings. You have access to multiple hotels, including the courtyard by Marriott to use their amenities which is a good thing because the pool areas are kind of small.. Overall, the stay was good. There was multiple places to eat. Everything is in walking distance, although is a bit of a 18 minute walk to the boardwalk which I thought we were close to. The place was accommodating and did my room due to the confusion."

"The room was pretty good. Many beachfront hotels struggle with cleanliness due to all the wet and sandy foot traffic. This one has the same issue. But the amenities were fantastic. The pools and hot tubs were excellent. We had the common marijuana smell on the balcony at times which is pretty common these days. The only super annoying thing was the elevators took forever and they were always packed. Waiting 20+ minutes to be able to get on with a luggage cart was a serious test of mental willpower. There were times when I just gave up and lugged everything up and down the stairwells. The 4 elevators just aren’t enough for a huge hotel like this one. Peak check-in and check-out time, forget about using elevators. It’ll be quicker to take the stairs."

"I loved the location a little distance from town but close enough. Don’t let the airport scare you as planes fly directly over, but, there isn’t a lot of plane traffic. It was clean, staff was helpful, pools were nice, enjoyed the fitness room! And the pier! All around good stay!"

"Big balcony, pools,plenty of room and lots to do. River City Cafe was great. Having live music great. Near Apache Pier, but get your shrimp bait from Mike's Produce it's s fresh! Problems; tv but we used our devices, bed lumpy and no instructions on what to do with trash/towels"
