"The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! I just wanted to mention that it would be great if they could make sure their housekeeper is doing a thorough job. During my five-night stay, my room wasn’t cleaned at all. After the third day, I had to ask the front desk to send someone, and they quickly went in and fixed the beds and put all the towels in the room for us to use. However, they didn’t clean the bathroom or put extra toilet paper. I had to get it from the front desk. Also, the pool needs to be cleaned more often, especially since there are so many trees around. I really appreciate that they had coffee available all day, and the breakfast options were good and varied."
