"When we check the room dog hairs was on the bed and smells bad. Hotel owner accepted and I left the hotel. İt was not possible to stay that bed. I requested refund but not answered yet. I expect from Expedia and hotel to refund at least half of the amount. I left not stayed the hotel with my family late night. And drived until midnight to find another property to stay one night. "We arrived to discover the hotel was locked. We phoned using the number provided by hotels.com and a receptionist answered to say she would be with us in 10 minutes. Sure enough, she turned up but only to explain that the hotel was closed - if we really wanted to, we could have a room for the night but no dinner or breakfast could be provided. "I messsged to say I would arrive in the early hours of the morning (twice) and did not hear anything back. When I arrived the 24/7 check in machine was turned off and I had to sleep in the car. I expect a full refund"
