โAbsolutely beautiful lodge in Pineland neighborhood of Cape Town. The hosts are marvelous. Friendly and so meticulous. The breakfast just marvelous. The garden so inviting and lovely, a joy to wake up there each day. โ
โCannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city.
But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!),...
โThe staffs at the front desk and 2nd floor restaurant were very very kind and nice. 2nd floor restaurant, the cold food was fresh and I especially enjoyed the chicken from the hot plates. The room condition was good enough to have a rest for myself among the busy business schedule. Seems the room style is different from the position and the each room looked quite nicely organized.
