โCannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city.
But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!),...
โI only stayed one night but I will definitely return for longer stays. The owner-manager could not have been kinder or more helpful as I was there for doctors' office visits at the Panorama Medicentre, a short walkable 1 km away. The bed and one bedroom suite were the most comfortable I have stayed in for quite sometime. The breakfast (included) was homemade eggs, bacon, toast and they even had decaf coffee for me. I love Paperbark Manor and will come again.โ

โFelt welcome as soon as we arrived, Thelma & Ronnie are a super friendly couple who make you feel at home. Room was spacious, clean & had everything we needed. โThe staffs at the front desk and 2nd floor restaurant were very very kind and nice. 2nd floor restaurant, the cold food was fresh and I especially enjoyed the chicken from the hot plates. The room condition was good enough to have a rest for myself among the busy business schedule. Seems the room style is different from the position and the each room looked quite nicely organized. I satisfied with the small welcome note and cookie for myself. One curious thing is that I had no idea how to use...
