"Nice couple of nights. Excellent food in the restaurant when taking an evening meal. OK breakfast. All the restaurant and room staff were courteous and friendly. A few issues with reception and booking staff. We are still waiting for the £100 holding payment to be refunded six days after returning home!! Appears that the accounts department is very quick to take and very slow to refund!!"

"Best hotel I have stayed at for some time. Very modern and clean. Good gym with access to University gym across the road (huge). Nice restaurant and bar. This hotel is on campus with good parking and access. Very pleasant to walk around - a university campus."

"Not a great fan of hotel buffet breakfast, but, had it on Monday and was very good. A good, swift check-in, staff were very happy in their work, and chatty as well. Couldnt fault the hotel at all."
